Order Cancelation Conditions

  1. Order Cancellation
    You may cancel your order within 60 minutes and place a new one with the correct details. Once the order is in transit, we are unable to make any changes.

  2. Refund Policy-For Order Cancellation
    If you wish to request a refund before the order has been processed (shipped), a 7% cancellation fee will be applied.

  3. Orders in Transit -For Order Cancellation
    For orders that have been shipped and have a tracking code, a cancellation fee of 7% will apply, along with an additional USD 50 charge to cover postage and return handling fees (including taxes).

  4. Return Shipping Fees
    If the order is not canceled within 1 hour of placement, the customer will be responsible for any applicable return shipping costs. If an incorrect address is provided, and this results in the package being lost or unrecoverable, the customer will bear the loss. In this case, we will not replace the order or issue a refund.




Why Was My Order Canceled?

If your order was canceled, it could be due to our website’s security measures, which are in place to protect against fraudulent transactions. To resolve the issue, please follow these steps:

    Send your order number to our email at service@wmwatch.com. We will work with PayPal or the issuing bank to determine the reason for the cancellation.

  2. Review Process
    Once we receive your information, we will review it and provide feedback within 3-5 business days.

  3. Next Steps
    If your review is approved, you will be able to place a new order without issue. If not, we recommend asking a friend or family member to place the order for you, or you can purchase through our official Aliexpress or Amazon store.
